Traditional Offal
Eric lead Alex and I to this out door traditional Bavarian restaurant, where you could order all sorts of traditional offal. I asked Eric to recommend a dish for me, and he suggested the 'Lung of Pig'. As far as offal goes it was pretty good. Alex was a bit of a schtook in the mud, and only had water and white asparagus - clearly no substitute for offal and beer.
